Nail Time.

I'm not what I call a 'girly girl' but I think on occasion it's nice to acknowledge that side of myself so every now and again I think I'll do a kind of beauty thingy posty type.   

So to kick off this new kind of post I thought I would write about my favourite beauty item which is nail varnishes, in fact I think that I'm ever so slightly obsessed with them. In total I have in excess of 75 as well as 24 nail art pens, which I know that to some people that's not a lot at all, but to me, a 16 year old girl who doesn't have a job and lives off £30 a month of her very kind parents, I think it's more than enough but I can't seem to resist buying them. They call to me whenever I'm in Boots; I walk past the stands and the bright colours draw me in and I know that there is no way out, I'll be buying one before I walk out of the shop.

That, just up there, is a picture of all my nail varnishes and to me it doesn't look like that much, but trust me I'm telling the truth about how much I have. I've accumulated them over many years (actually about 3 years), and I don't think you can ever stop collecting nail varnishes as there's all ways a new colour that you think you haven't got until you arrive back at home and realise that it's identical to one you already have and you've just wasted £5 (sob).

I find that there are certain nail varnishes that I tend to want to wear more often and I find myself preventing my hand reaching automatically for the same ones in case they run out and I have to buy replacements. Below are my favourites, apart from my favourites from Topshop, which I'm going to do a separate post on due to the fact that they are the ULTIMATE nail varnish ever created by man or beast.
